Atlanta Dream guard Allisha Gray has been recognized as the WNBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week and AP Player of the Week for Week 4, according to an announcement made by the league. This marks Gray’s second weekly honor this season, making her the first player from the Dream since 2018 to receive multiple awards in a single season.

During the week, Gray averaged 23.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per game while maintaining a shooting percentage of 60% from the field over three games. Her performance contributed significantly to Atlanta’s perfect 3-0 record for the week, marking one of the best starts in franchise history.

Gray began the week with a performance that included 23 points, six rebounds, and four assists in a victory against Indiana on June 10. She continued with a balanced effort against Chicago on June 13, recording 15 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. The week concluded with Gray achieving a career-best performance in Washington on June 15, scoring 32 points—her first-ever game surpassing 30 points—alongside five rebounds, four assists, and three steals. The team’s win by a margin of 33 points was their largest since 2014.

Gray has emerged as one of the league’s notable two-way players, contributing to Atlanta Dream’s successful start this season.

The Atlanta Dream was established in Atlanta in 2008 and is currently the only WNBA franchise in the Southeast region. They play their home games at Gateway Center Arena @ College Park. Local telecasts are available on Peachtree TV with simulcasts across Georgia on Peachtree Sports Network. Since its inception in 2009, the team has produced numerous achievements including three first-place regular-season finishes and nine playoff appearances.
