The Atlanta Falcons announced on Mar. 9 that they have finalized their coaching staff for the 2026 season, marking the first group assembled by new head coach Kevin Stefanski.
Stefanski, who joined the team on January 17, has overseen several key activities in his short tenure, including participating in free agency and draft meetings, interviewing prospects at the NFL Combine, and selecting his coaching staff. The final addition was defensive quality control coach Troy Kruchten, bringing the total number of coaches to 23.
Several coaches from the previous year remain with the team, such as defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich and running backs coach Michael Pitre. New hires include offensive coordinator Tommy Rees and offensive line coach Bill Callahan. In addition to these coaches, a three-person operations staff supports daily functions: Bob Quinn serves as senior advisor to the head coach, Madison McDoulett is manager of coaching administration and family services, and Jacqueline Roberts is manager of coaching operations.
