On Friday, May 30, former Etowah High School standout Dimitri Angelakos’ current collegiate team the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets won 9-2 against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Swayze Field at 3:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the tournament.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 31 at 5:35 p.m. at Swayze Field.
