Employee of the Year
- The Paulding County School District Human Resources Department is accepting nominations for the 2022 PCSD Employee of the Year Program.
This program highlights the contributions of non-teaching school employees who support the education of our students in preschool through grade 12. The overall purpose of the program is to pay tribute to the tireless efforts of our District’s outstanding school employees who are not eligible for recognition as a Teacher of the Year (TOTY). These employees are vital staff members who play key roles in creating a district and school environment that promotes our District’s vision and mission.
The program goals are to:
• Identify and honor exemplary employees throughout the District.
• Select seven 2022 PCSD Employee of the Year award recipients.
One award winner will be chosen from each of the following staff categories:
• School Nutrition
• Maintenance, Operations, Custodial Services and Facilities
• School Support Services
• School Instructional Support
• District Support Services
• Transportation
• School Leadership
The award winners will be honored at a luncheon on May 3, 2022.
Nominations are accepted through March 18, 2022.
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must be a current employee of the Paulding County School District. Please refer to the Eligibility Criteria for more details.
