There were 2,053 African American students enrolled in Bartow County school districts in the 2022-23 school year, 0.7% less than the previous year, according to the Georgia Department of Education.

Data showed that Bartow County school districts welcomed 17,546 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, African American students comprised 11.7% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the county's school districts.
