Qualifying for the City of Woodstock Municipal General Election Complete

City of Woodstock recently issued the following announcement.

The qualifying period for the City of Woodstock’s 2021 Municipal General Election has ended. Between Monday, August 16th and Wednesday, August 18th, four candidates successfully qualified In the Office of City Clerk Rhonda Pezzello.

Incumbent Warren Johnson qualified as candidate for Council Member Ward 1, Incumbent Colin Ake qualified as candidate for Council Member Ward 3, and Incumbent Brian Wolfe qualified as candidate for Council Member Ward 5.

Michael Caldwell qualified as Mayoral Candidate. Woodstock Mayor Donnie Henriques is not seeking an additional term.

The Municipal General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Woodstock Library located at 7735 Main Street. The terms are for four years beginning on January 1 following the election.
