Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) recently issued the following announcement.
AAHOA President & CEO Ken Greene issued the following statement on President Biden signing an Executive Order, Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government. The Executive Order will modernize the federal government’s online presence, services, and programming across 17 federal agencies, all of which aim to improve people’s lives and the delivery of government services.
“America’s hoteliers welcome President Biden’s latest Executive Order to bolster the federal government’s transparency, accountability, and accessibility in the digital space. As purveyors of hospitality, hoteliers understand the importance of maintaining an online presence that is approachable, efficient, and easy to access. Accessing federal services online remains of tantamount importance as small businesses continue to navigate the landscape of federal loans, disaster relief assistance, and other programs vital to maintaining their businesses. President Biden continues to prioritize the needs of the American public and our nation’s small businesses.
I applaud the efforts of the Biden administration and look forward to continuing our work with the White House and lawmakers to address the nuanced challenges facing small business owners today.”
