North

Northside Hospital Cherokee recently issued the following announcement.

Northside Hospital has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Atlanta 2022 by workplace culture and compensation monitoring site  Comparably. Of the top 15 employers, Northside ranked No. 7 and is the only hospital on the list.

Comparably’s annual “Best” lists showcase companies that receive the highest ratings on Comparably.com throughout the year based on anonymous feedback from employees about work-life balance, compensation, leadership and more.

Northside also ranked No. 23 for Best HR Teams, No. 26 for Best Operations Teams and No. 28 for  Best Company Outlook among top large employers (more than 500 employees) across the United States.

"We work great as a team," wrote one nurse. "Everyone plays their part and I look forward to coming into work to work with them."

"Northside is like a big welcoming family that is always looking to grow and bring in new family members," reviewed another employee.

“At Northside Hospital, caring is what we do,” said Bridget Green, vice president of human resources at Northside Hospital. “Our aim is to foster a culture of care that embraces every member of our diverse community. Receiving this award based on accolades from our staff is a sign that our commitment to wellness makes a difference.”

Northside Hospital is one of the fastest growing health care organizations in the Southeast and currently employs more than 25,500 employees, including physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, administrative and support services personnel throughout the Atlanta Region and many parts of Georgia.
