Carol Morgan releases new edition focusing on strategic social media use

Carol Morgan, a seasoned expert in social media marketing for home builders, has announced the release of her fifth book, "Social Media Marketing for Your Business, Second Edition." Published by Builder Books, this new edition delves into the reasons behind social media strategies rather than just the mechanics of setting up platforms.

Morgan emphasizes the importance of having a cohesive strategy across all social media platforms to achieve meaningful results. She suggests that while websites should be redesigned every two to three years, social media strategies require updates every six to twelve months. This timeframe can vary depending on industry trends and platform changes.

With extensive experience in digital media since 2006 and as president and founder of Denim Marketing, Morgan has a track record of success in engaging audiences through various platforms. Her company recently won ten awards at the 2024 OBIE Awards for its marketing work with home builders.

Morgan's involvement with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) dates back to 2005. She has chaired several councils and committees and contributed significantly to the organization. In 2024, she authored an NAHB online course on crafting digital marketing strategies.

In her latest book, Morgan aims to guide readers in creating effective content plans and setting measurable goals for their online presence. The book is available on Amazon and Builder Books and will be sold at the 2025 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas. Morgan will also present sessions at IBS for the 19th consecutive year.
