Rep. Barry Loudermilk, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Georgia's 11th district since 2015, recently shared his views on various issues via social media. His comments focused on government accountability, fiscal responsibility, and trade negotiations.

On March 5, 2025, Rep. Loudermilk emphasized the need for a trustworthy federal government that wisely uses taxpayer dollars. He stated, "The American people deserve a federal government that they can trust, and that uses hard-earned taxpayer dollars wisely." He further highlighted the goal of ensuring that the federal government operates efficiently by improving operations and restoring fiscal responsibility.

In another post on the same day, he criticized certain federal agencies for their management practices. Loudermilk expressed concerns about agencies like USAID not prioritizing America's interests and pursuing political agendas at the expense of taxpayers' money. He asserted that "Federal agencies like USAID have failed to put America’s interests first, recklessly pursuing radical political agendas and severely mismanaging taxpayer funds."

Additionally, Rep. Loudermilk addressed trade issues in a tweet posted later on March 5th. He pointed out America's position as a leading trading partner while simultaneously running significant trade deficits with allies. Highlighting concerns over drug trafficking into the country, he remarked on President Trump's recognition of this advantage in trade negotiations: "President Trump recognizes America's advantage in trade negotiations."
